The best region follows the players, season and non-golf programme—not a generic ranking.
Build a proper player brief
Before requesting a tee time, we record the details that materially change access and logistics.
- Handicap and supporting club or federation document
- Preferred dates, number of rounds and course style
- Walking, buggy, trolley or caddie preference
- Left- or right-handed rental clubs and specification
- Lesson, fitting and practice requests
- Golf bags, cases and additional luggage
- Non-golfer interests, spa, dining and child requirements
Course rules remain visible
Every club controls visitor access, handicap limits, documentation, green fees, dress, buggy and caddie policies, maintenance closures and weather decisions. For example, Terre Blanche currently states a handicap below 36 for Le Château, while Le Riou is reserved for members, their guests and hotel guests. We verify the rule and inventory for the requested date before presenting anything as confirmed.
The vehicle follows the equipment
Passenger count alone does not choose the car. Golf bags, hard travel cases, ordinary luggage, child equipment and whether the group can split determine whether an SUV, luxury van or several vehicles are appropriate. Collection, storage, course arrival and the return to the hotel belong in the same dispatch brief.
Design the day for every guest
A golfer-and-companion stay should not leave the non-player with leftover time. We can coordinate suitable spa, dining, culture, shopping or family plans and a clear reunion point, while the course or resort remains responsible for its own facilities and availability.
One confirmation sheet for each round
The final plan identifies the course, date, tee time, player names, access basis, documentation, included equipment, transport, payment, cancellation and weather terms. Requested, waitlisted and confirmed remain separate so flights, hotels and dinners are never built around assumed golf access.

Can PARVIP guarantee access to a private golf club?
No. Member introductions and visitor play are controlled by the club. We request only legitimate access and confirm only what the club accepts.
What information should each golfer provide?
Share the current handicap, home club or federation details where relevant, preferred number of rounds, walking or buggy needs, rental-club specification and all travelling equipment. The course confirms which documents are required.
Can golf be combined with Paris, Bordeaux or Cannes?
Yes. We can scope a Paris-led stay, Normandy or Bordeaux route, Riviera resort programme or a wider itinerary connecting golf with dining, culture and private transport, subject to realistic travel time and confirmed course access.
Can you arrange clubs, caddies and coaching?
We can request rental equipment, trolleys, buggies, caddies, fittings, practice sessions or instruction where the chosen course offers them. The course or provider confirms availability, specifications and price.
What can PARVIP arrange for non-golfers?
We can coordinate a parallel spa, culture, shopping, dining or family programme and the reunion transport, subject to each provider’s confirmation and terms.
