The fee follows the mandate
A single restaurant request, a complete Paris stay, a time-sensitive acquisition and an ongoing corporate desk require different levels of research, coordination and responsibility. We review the brief first, then state the proposed fee model and scope in writing.
- Fixed planning fee for a defined itinerary or request
- Project or mission fee for multi-supplier coordination
- Day or on-site fee for event and guest operations
- Monthly retainer for recurring concierge support
- Urgency or complexity supplement only when stated in advance
What your proposal should show
Before work begins, the written proposal identifies what PARVIP will do, what remains outside scope, the approval process and the service window. It also separates PARVIP professional fees from amounts charged by hotels, drivers, venues, retailers, couriers and other suppliers.
Supplier costs and commercial relationships
Supplier prices, deposits, cancellation rules and material terms are shown before commitment. If a relevant commission, referral arrangement or other material commercial relationship may influence an arrangement, it is disclosed. High-value acquisitions also identify the seller, available evidence and who is responsible for authenticity, warranty, tax and delivery.
Changes, urgency and cancellations
A material change to dates, guest count, geography or scope may require a revised fee or supplier quotation. Before payment, we state the applicable deposit, cancellation and refund position, along with any known currency-conversion, card, bank-transfer or delivery charges.
Good to know
How much does a Paris concierge cost?
There is no single responsible price for every brief. PARVIP prices the defined scope, duration, complexity and support window, then provides the applicable professional fee before work begins.
Are supplier costs included in the concierge fee?
Not unless the written proposal says so. Hotels, transport, dining, tickets, goods, shipping and other supplier charges are identified separately from PARVIP professional fees.
Do you work on a retainer?
A recurring monthly retainer may suit family offices, executive teams or clients with ongoing Paris needs. The included service window, request volume, exclusions and approval limits are defined in writing.
Will I know about commissions?
PARVIP discloses material commercial relationships relevant to a recommendation or transaction so the client can evaluate the arrangement clearly.
