Proposals and confirmation
An enquiry does not create a booking. Services become confirmed only after written acceptance, required payment and confirmation from the relevant supplier. Each proposal states inclusions, fees and applicable cancellation terms.
Third-party suppliers
Hotels, transport operators, restaurants, guides and experience providers deliver their own services under their own operational and cancellation conditions. PARVIP coordinates these arrangements and communicates material terms before purchase.
Changes and responsibility
Travel is affected by weather, traffic, strikes, closures and supplier decisions. We assist with reasonable alternatives, but cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control. Final entity, payment and jurisdiction details will be provided before commercial transactions begin.
